Maxim Kliuchkovski (M.ARCH)
DIRECTOR BCI UKRAINE
Based in Lviv, Ukraine, Maxim has more than 10 years experience working in architectural design, interior design and graphic design. He has an extensive portfolio of work in both Ukraine and abroad and has won several international architectural design competitions. Maxim has a Master's degree in Architecture from the Lviv Polytechnic National University.

BCI has had operations in Ukraine since 2018 and the tragic situation faced by the Ukrainian people is very close to our hearts. Our response to this situation has been to expanded our presence in Lviv, committing our skill and resources to do whatever we can to assist in the rebuilding effort.

Clement Owusu Manu (BA)
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Based in Accra, Ghana, Clement is an experienced Business Development and Operations professional who has over a decade of experience, working with various local and multinational corporations.
Clement started his career in finance subsequently transferring to Dwadifo Adanfo as an Investment Mobilisation Officer. Whist there, he was heading the Investment Mobilisation Team and he developed and implemented various highly lucrative sales initiatives. Clement was also responsible for client relations, optimising the corporate strategy for maximum customer experience.
Clement further moved on to WESTON Group to manage their operations in Monrovia, Liberia, as their Country Operations Manager, in charge of supervising the operations for all subsidiaries within the group.
