Based in Perth, Western Australia, Ashley has more than 25 years of diverse experience in business management, architectural design and project management.
Prior to his role as CEO and co-founder of BCI, Ashley has held numerous national and Asia-pacific management positions and completed projects in Australia, Hong Kong, China, India, Pakistan and Japan.

Nenad Novkovic (MA, CFA, PHD CANDIDATE)
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Based in Perth, Western Australia, Nenad was born in Serbia and studied in the UK, Germany, Russia and Serbia. He has lived and worked in multicultural and multinational environments and is fluent in English, German, Spanish, Serbian and Russian.
Nenad has 18 years of experience in financial services, private equity, public services and consulting roles. His project track record includes investment fund structuring, market penetration strategies, energy infrastructure investments and private-public partnerships.
Nenad is a CFA charter holder and has a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the European Business School in London, a Master’s degree in Industrial Economic Management from the Union University in Belgrade and is currently pursuing a PhD degree in Security Studies from the University of Belgrade.
