Technology
BCI is licenced to manufacture sacrificial stay-in-place formwork by Permaform. This construction technology has the following features:

- Formwork based on recycled, environmentally friendly materials.
- It uses less steel, less cement, less water and no sand.
- Recycled plastic components from the outer shell of the stay-in-place formwork are filled with steel-reinforced concrete.
- Enables rapid construction of buildings up to 60 storeys.
- Fire-, smoke- and earthquake-proof, thermally insulated material that stands no corrosion.
- It takes approximately four months to complete BCI typical 46-unit building in any quantity required.
International Certifications:
- ISO:9001 Quality Management System.
- ISO:14001 Best practice Environmental Management System (EMS).
- ISO:45001 OH&S Standard in preventing injury and ill-health.
Tests completed in Australia:
- Determination of fire hazard properties, wall and ceiling lining.
- Fire propagation testing and classification of external walls of buildings.
- Simultaneous determination of ignitability, flame propagation, heat and smoke.
- Green Building Code of Australia Green Star Office Design.
- Thermal insulation materials for buildings.
