About us

BCI was founded in Western Australia by Ashley Peverett and Nenad Novkovic. Their mandate was to use innovation and technology to address the need for quality, affordable housing for the citizens of emerging nations.

An international team across multiple disciplines was assembled to enable a community of 5,000 home including infrastructure to be constructed in just 6 months from order to occupancy. This was achieved using the Australian design Permaform construction system together with international manufacturing, supply chain and logistics partnerships.

Since that time the organisation has expanded its expertise to include mid-high end residential communities, resort hotels and aged care communities.

BCI now employs professionals in the fields of urban planning, architectural design, infrastructure design, project management, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and project financing solutions. We provide these as standalone services or as a full turnkey solution.
