Building Communities Initiative ( BCI ) is a multi-discipline consulting firm specialising in the realisation of complex property development projects. We operate as either a project sponsor seeking out opportunities across global markets or as a pure consultancy filling the roles which have been hindering the realisation of a client’s vision.

Our consulting partners include industry specialists and location specific consultants which are invaluable to the success of any development. BCI has a global license for the Permaform rapid construction technology and co-branded partnerships with Altro, Electrolux, Phillips and Bolloré Logistics.
